Your Agreement with Us

When you engage coVoIP as your service provider (by placing an order), an agreement is formed between you and us. All our communications, offers, and agreements are subject to the NLdigital terms and conditions, which have been filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland.

Duration of the Agreement

The duration of the agreement varies depending on the purchased service or product:

• Domain name registrations are valid for one year and are automatically renewed for an additional year.
• SSL certificate registrations are valid for one year but are not automatically renewed.
• All other services (e.g., hosting, email) have a one-month duration and are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.

Other parties may be involved in the execution of your services, such as credit card companies for payments. In some cases, in addition to the general terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions of those other parties also apply. You give us permission to accept these additional terms and conditions on your behalf. View all additional terms and conditions here  that may apply to your services.

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are null and void, this will not affect the other provisions of the general terms and conditions, which will remain fully applicable. These general terms and conditions take precedence over the general terms and conditions of the customer, which are considered non-existent.
